We want it that way – from our clients point of view, whether you are an individual, business or agency, we expect you to find your translation project solved with ease and at competitive prices.

Client –centred processes

Over the past 10 years in the translation industry SEATONGUE have created processes that allow our clients to access a translation service which:

To understand how our processes work take a look at the diagram below:

When you first contact SEATONGUE you will discuss your project with one of our highly trained Project Managers. It is their role to understand the goal and vision of your business and transfer this information to the appropriate department (i.e. DTP; Translation; Engineering etc.). Allocated and dedicated to your unique project the Project Manager will oversee the process from outset to delivery.  During the query cycle your project manager will assess capabilities needed (i.e. level of training; is their need for native translators; do files need to be prepared for DTP; ranking of linguists held in our database etc.).

There are three distinct sections to the process:

This includes selecting appropriate linguists and is facilitated by the Project manager (PM); the Vendor Manager (VM) and the Language Manager (LM).

This is the stage where there will be the query cycle, the editing phase, and perhaps QA tools. An error report for translators will be prepared to ensure the highest of standards and a benchmark for the future.

This is the stage where error reports are combined to create a quarterly error report and a subsequent analysis takes place. Further training of linguists or other roles within our services may be considered. It is also at this stage that we will receive perhaps the most important review – the client’s feedback. It is with this information we will be able to make corrective/preventative actions and update documentations.
