The 3W Rule

At every stage of a project, from receipt to final delivery, our Project Managers must know Who did What and When. This allows us to trace any weaknesses in the system and identify areas that need improvement.
To assist us in this monitoring process we use the most up-to-date in-house software to support our business. Every step in our business cycle is recorded and scrutinized in our aim to create a paperless working environment.
